Gdańsk Airport

Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is located close to the cities of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. The airport was known as Gdańsk-Rębiechowo until in 2004 it was renamed after the former Polish president Lech Wałęsa. In 2008 the airport handled almost 2 million passengers.

Getting to Gdansk Aiport by car

The airport of Gdansk is located near the village of Rebiechowo, 14 kilometers west of the Gdank city center and 25 kilometers south of Gdynia. Getting from the airport to the Gdansk or Gdynia city centers by car or taxi will take approximately 20 minutes. A taxi ride to Gdansk costs around PLN 40.

Getting to Gdansk Aiport by public transport

From the airport you can take busline 210 to Gdansk city center or the 110 to the train station of Gdansk-Wrzeszcz. To Gdynia you take the bus number 510. If you arrive at night, the night bus line N3 goes to Gdansk city center. Bus 210 takes around 40 minutes to reach the main railway station of Gdansk.
